Purchased an ECU, which did not work as advertised, I was offered a replacement but without the original lifetime warranty. and was fearful that they could say there was nothing wrong with it. Two separate garages verified that the ECU they sold me was faulty. The problem was subsequently fixed and I returned their unit for a refund which they have declined to return to me. Ordered ecu for my Toyota on Sept. 23. Called company 4 times to get update on part but could never talk to anyone it’s knowledge of order. Received emails that part was being tested and or pulled but was not shipped or even had an anticipated shipping date when cancelled order on October 14. Buy somewhere else
Even though I saw bad reviews I decided to give this company a try anyway. That was huge mistake. The part came in and wouldnt work. You have to return the item within 30 days of purchase, but it takes them almost that long just to send it to you. After paying for shipping and hoping it gets back in time you still do not get a full refund. They refuse to admit the item is "defective". Old part works new part doesnt. Order a pcm for 09 Cadillac CTS, installed new pcm and it fixed the speed problem but started to reject key programming had to do the reprogramming procedure everytime the car set longer than 5min, the told me to have the cps relearning done which has nothing to do with it relearning the key still same symptoms, put old pcm back in and vehicle starts with no issues, so it has to the pcm they sent me ,now I want a refund on my purchase and now it's seem to be a problem, I will continue to use them but just disappointed with ... read more
Ordered a replacement ECM for a Chevy Cobalt. Shipping time very slow. Received first replacement and Speedometer did not work and also got a power steering warning in the DIC. Sent unit back. Waited 3 weeks for replacement. Was told that replacement failed QA. Was sent another unit. Installed into vehicle. Same issues occurred. This whole process feels like a scam. After several delays to get my part it finally arrives and it doesn't work. I called them multiple times tried all the things they recommended the ecm would never try to even relearn my vehicle key. Now they will not give me a full refund only half. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY....THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU...THEIR PARTS DON'T WORKS. This company stole my money. I order a computer for my Ford Escape and they sent me the wrong part. I've been contacting the company for over a month and they don't care.... I spend more than 400$ and the computer doesn't work for me. This company is a fraud...please don't take the risk...don't buy from them...they take your money....
