I bought a computer it didn't work they sent another it didn't work they sent me another one and it was not even programmed this process took about a month and a half mailing stuff back and the sending me another which they knew from the start it wasn't right now they say the warranty is off to get money back they knew what they where doing now my truck is in the shop and I am planning on talking to me a lawyer this is a crooked as company I would not buy a bottle of water from them...don't answer their phones . Scam, scam, scam
THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY....THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU...THEIR PARTS DON'T WORKS. This company stole my money. I order a computer for my Ford Escape and they sent me the wrong part. I've been contacting the company for over a month and they don't care.... I spend more than 400$ and the computer doesn't work for me. This company is a fraud...please don't take the risk...don't buy from them...they take your money....
Don't do business or spend your money with FLAGSHIP ONE, INC. They don't care when you have a problem with an order (that was purchased from them) Account manager never available, I called 5 times and never answer me or answer my email, they should investigate this company because they are a fraud, they took your money and when you have an issue they never help you. They don't care for their clients. I recommend 100% that someone investigate this crap company because they are stealing money from hard work people.
Save your money and shop somewhere else, had my computer for over 2 months then I called to just cancel it and have it returned and guess what, they had the nerve to only give me 80 dollars back out of 250. Crooks save yourself from a headache. You’ll regret it if you do business with them.
I purchased an engine computer from them for my 2004 Nissan Murano from another shop and it doesn't communicate with it. However, when I order a part of it from them, it came to life. I have almost given up. Top-notch shop and customer service!

Saw all the positive comments about Flagship One, so I decided to purchase parts here. They got me a very fact. It's indeed a very great service.
Got an Email about a shipment delay for my ECM order due to programming issues and a possible hardware issue that necessitated for them to get another unit to refurbish and flash. I was annoyed at first by I was amazed at how respectful and professional they were at carefully explaining the issue to me. The tested unit finally arrived after about a 5 days delay. I followed the plug n play instructions, used the new key, and my engine fired like new. I am glad I found FS1 because they sincerely care for their customers.
