They sold me a 2014 Ford Focus which they knew was n a class action lawsuit suit for the power steering going out while consumers are driving. This has happened to me 2 times on Watson Blvd which we all know is the busiest street in WR. When I took it in to be serviced they told me it couldn't be sseen for 4 days! My transmission is also not working properly which they admitted to me is a common problem in the Ford Focus. My stereo doesn't work right and my moon roof doesn't open all the way.
