RecommendedTim Denton is the man to see we went to another lot and they tried the bait and switch on is to buy a car for 20k more then the one I wanted after they misplaced the car I was coming to check out . But not here Tim ran out and found the exact car we wanted from the website and even got our payments cheaper then we agreed to and had us in and out in less than a 1.5 hours

I wish I could give a zero. Horrible experience and will never be back. If you like being talked down to and lied to this is the place for you. Horrible management and horrible customer treatment. Take your business somewhere else because five star does not care about you.
Never buy a vehicle from Five Star Ford they are a fraudulent dealership that lies and doesn’t care about customers. Sold me a used truck that had oil leaking from engine and didn’t tell me nor was it on carfax. They don’t help at all and I have had to drive a rental car for over a month. Has been impossible to communicate with management and it broke down 6 days after I bought it and I’m having to make payments on truck that I’m not even driving
Great experience buying my first new Ford. Started out chatting with Stacy from the internet department. She answered all my questions and was very sweet to work with. Went in the next day and sat down with Tim Denton. Tim was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. I highly recommend if you are looking to buy a vehicle you go see Tim!

Horrible experience with the internet department. They are more concerned with making a sale than helping the customer. I was in contact with salesman fro several days and willing to make a deposit on a vehicle only to have them take a deposit from a different buyer even when I was ready to buy the vehicle the same day. After seeing the online reviews this is consistent with the experiences many other folks have had so despite the hassle I am glad to not have spent my money here.
