mMon't trust these people. My car is 2 years old, has been there to be fixed at least 8 times and it's still broken. They offer for you to trade it and spend more money but not fix it once you buy it! Only buy from here if you want a lemon and crappy service!

Outstanding customer service this morning! Nick Peters met me at my vehicle and explained the process and timeline of the maintenance being performed on my 2012 Expedition. I will definitely bring my vehicle back for future service.

I just left Five Star Ford. I needed the security code for my key less entry for my resent car purchase. I had been unable to locate this in the owners manual. I was told at first it would cost $60.00 to retrieve this information. Then Mr. Nic Peters came with me to my car and found this info for me, in the owners manual.
