I am a college student and i bought a used 2018 Ford Focus Titanium; this is the first car in my name. Within less than 12 hours of them delivering the car (I am in the Atlanta area), i saw at least 3 roaches. NEVER EVER. sold me a roach infested 2018 car and won't take it back. they've had the car over 2 weeks total to treat/clean it with no success. I then paid out of pocket to have the car treated over 15 dead with pictures and STILL they're in the car. I have spoken to the used car manager, branch manager, and finance manager as well as Ford! BUYER BEWARE

RecommendedI recently had some recall work completed at Five Star Ford in Warner Robins. The outstanding service began immediately. The service professional I dealt with was named Alex and he went above and beyond to make sure I was offered every option available to me from a courtesy vehicle to an estimated for replacing two worn tires and a front end alignment. Being Honest with their customers. They lie to you, and then rob you. Never trade or have my vehicle worked on. Service Department broke a part on my vehicle and made me pay $100.00 NEVER AGAIN!!!!
