I have bought two ford fusion from them paid cash for a 2011 ford fusion and had nothing but trouble with it traded it didn't want another ford fusion but they put me in a 2014 fusion that they used for loaners and I've had nothing but trouble and took it to five star ford to get them to look at it they told my husband to take it to auto zone and let them put the coder on it

Traded for a used car in late October, paid cash, was given a temporary license plate since I reside in Florida. Almost six weeks later I had not received the paperwork for title transfer. Two emails received no response, two phone calls to the dealer directed me to a voicemail of someone who was no longer employed there. i was told I was approved, I work two jobs so time is important to me. I told three different people that I needed an suv or a crossover came up there tried to put me in a fusion and then proceeded to waste another hour and half of my life when i could of been working. I wanted to get out of a car that I hated and all i wanted was honesty. If you couldnt of done why waste everybodies time?
