Went in to get tires swapped out on a set of Roush wheels. Nic Peters was very professional and knew exactly what I wanted to get done and personally oversaw the process because of the high dollar wheels. Thank you Nic for getting me taken care of.

We got a great deal today on our 2016 ford focus se hatchback. Owen gave us great customer service. The internet sales team hooked us up with a great deal. We are extremely happy. We walked in and out happy.
Went in for wheel alignment at Ford and the service was per usual wonderful. Nic Peters explained what was wrong and what was done to correct my car (turned out to be uneven tire pressure...). But then he will also listen when I ask other questions and take time to explain. Thanks Nic for your patience and always doing a great job in ensuring my cars are repaired correctly and quickly. Thanks to for the mechanics, once they fix my car it's fixed (no revolving door because wasn't done right the first time!)!!!
I was frustrated with the recalls for my 2010 Ford Fusion. I am very happy with Nick in the service dept. He called in my recall options to get my parts replaced at no charge, when I was denied. One happy customer!
