Would like to commend the Service Department for their excellent service receive on a recent visit. My customer service representative, Nicholas Peters was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure my concerns were addressed. Technicians Alex Floyd and Billy Hunley were knowledgeable in the repairs completed on my vehicle and proactively addressed concerns which were uncovered during the visit. I would highly recommend the Service Department at Five Star Ford.

I recently bought a 2016 Fiesta from Bill Swinford and I LOVE it! This was my first time buying my own car and Bill was so great! He was so friendly and helpful and answered every question I had! I had to bring the car in to get something fixed with the check engine light, and Bill made sure that I had a ride home and that my car was fixed ASAP. I just wanted to say that I had a wonderful experience with Nick Peterson in the service department this past 3 weeks. Nick did an amazing job and was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with my car before I drove away. Great job nick and also the entire maintenance service department. Job well done!
Great service, we were traveling on I75 heard a noise underneath. Stopped at Five Star. Nic Peters said no problem we can fix it. We Own a Chevy! Fixed right the first time at the FORD dealer. We will be back again. Definitely will see Nic. Probably will buy a Ford.
Nic is very knowledgeable . I had a boat load of questions about my clitaurus and at the point i was annoyed with my vehicle. He had taken care of my vehicle,answered all my questions with patience and honestly put me in a better mood thanks bud.
