Absolutely bad business. Yesterday I went in looking for a vehicle. First they low balled me on my trade in and ran my credit 20 times without approval. Then while negotiating no one called me back and finally when I called back the salesman Mckenzie sold the car without even calling me and the managers won't even speak to you. I will never do business with them again !!!!!!!
When I purchased my escape from them in 2014 I thought how great I was treated. Was told that I would be able to get 1 free update for my GPS if one became available. Well silly my I took them at their word because I was treated so nice. Wrong got an e-mail about one being available and called service dept about getting it and was told unless I have a piece of paper saying that they would not get me the update it wasn't happening!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!
Shame on Five Star!! Firing an employee because he is also a part-time/volunteer firefighter on the weekends!!!!I I have lived here since 1962 and know MANY people. In my line of work I also come in contact with hundreds of families just moving here every week. I can assure you will NEVER recommend your business to anyone nor will anyone in my family purchase a car from a company that has so little regard for our community....

I bought a new F250 Lariat from this dealer on Friday before Easter. They called and got the payoff for my trade in. The dealership was going to payoff my trade in. Well my next payment wasn't due on my trade in until the 15th of the month. The dealership finance department waited until the 16th and got a new pay off. The bank got that pay off check the next day. My husband and I really enjoyed dealing with this dealership. We got the truck we wanted for the payments we wanted and absolutely love our new 2014 Ford F150!! I absolutely HATE the whole car buying process, but here the people were friendly and made us comfortable. Working with Vanessa Phillips was a pleasure.
