I purchased a 2014 Edge last year and I had the best salesman I could ask for. He was very knowledgeable on the Edge and worked to get me what I wanted. I would highly recommend Tim Denton. This is not my first vehicle purchased here because I am a true blue Ford woman. I also take my 2003 Mustang here to get serviced. Tim is by far the best salesman I have ever had at this dealership
The service department told me $17,000.00 to replace diesel motor in my truck after it started making a new valve noise after getting some work done on the truck. Took the truck to another shop for a second opinion motor is fine only thing wrong is the lifter needs pumped back up, a direct result of the work they had done. This is criminal to me!
Beyond bad place to buy a ford. Manager took advantage of my daughter. Changed contract after signing for explorer . Lost car in process. Beware
I'm not sure of his last name, but James is a car salesman, and he loves his job. I've never talked with a guy about his job before and he was so passionate! James gets FIVE STARS FROM ME!
Me and my husband are very pleased!!! The sales guy wasn't to pushy, very friendly and kept looking until He found us the right vehicle. I would recommend Five Star to all my friends and family. And Jesse Willis was a great sales person. He even came in on his off day to meet with me. We are very happy with all the team members at Five Star. We have less than perfect credit and they worked hard to get us in a truck. Thanks Five Star!!!!!!
Finance Manager is an idiot !!!! Didn't listen to word we said which was "NO!!!!" To the extended warranty. Lost over $3k in billable hours to my customers. It was just a game to him. I complained 4 times about him and no response from the GM Josh. Such losers.
Five Star group is the worst ever. They use the typical high number practice when "negotiating" and the salesmen lie. On top of that, I purchased an F150 from somewhere else, I told the dealer that i was no longer interested in purchasing from Five Star, and they CONTINUED TO RUN MY CREDIT MULTIPLE TIMES per week, even after I bought my vehicle somewhere else almost a month ago. I would like to say that we had a great experience at Five Star Ford. Our salesperson, James Holloway was very helpful to us in the selection of our new Escape. James was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we test drove. There was no pressure from him and he was very respectful to me and my husband during the entire process.
