Completely changed (and is changing) my life...gave me the village I'd been yearning for, taught me how strong my body could be, opened up the world of motherhood to me, and just overall is unmatched. So so grateful!

If you're looking for a fun way to get back into shape after having a baby this is the best place to do it! My son and I love the stroller strides and stroller barre classes and the play groups and moms night out get-togethers are so much fun!! I'm so grateful for this group of mamas!
FIT4MOM has made me a better wife, mother and human. It is what every mom doesn't know she needs - the village of support and strength from like-minded moms no matter what stage of motherhood. The first time I heard about Stroller Strides I thought it was a walking group. I was so wrong - it is SO much more!! Not only do I get a killer workout each class, but I've made life long friends as have my boys. I have found a supportive community of people who share similar values such as exercise, health, friendships and family. I honestly go to a Fit4Mom class 5 days a week. Simply put, joining Fit4Mom was the best decision ever.
I started going to my local Fit4Mom classes because I needed mom friends. I signed up for a membership right after my first class and then answered a call for instructors two weeks later. I love the programs and the village.
I stumbled upon FIT4MOM when I was new to motherhood. Now, I can't imagine motherhood without it! The past 5 years, I have been able to bring my kids with me while I get an incredible workout and get to hang out with other moms. Community is ESSENTIAL as a mom and FIT4MOM is mine.
