Fit4mom introduced me to so many fun ladies that supported each other in every way. Being a military spouse, it's sometimes harder to make friends so I was so happy to find this village. We have all moved to other parts of the country and the world but still remain that support for each other. And did I mention how fun it was to work out with the littles!! No boring gym daycare :) we love Fit4Mom!!!!
FIT4MOM has given me so much - strength, community and confidence to manage the daily challenges of motherhood. I've met some of my closest friends within this community and have found a way to help grow its mission through instructing and encouraging other moms to join the tribe. FIT4MOM is one of very few organizations that backs up its mission through action and intent rooted deep in the heart of its founder and leadership team. I don't know what I would have done without Stroller Strides and FIT4MOM as a new mom. Still going strong with these amazing programs 9+ years later!
Don't be too shy to try it! Stroller Strides is a great workout but really it is so much more.
Fit4Mom is hands down the best thing that ever happened to me as a mom. It has made me a better mother, wife and friend. Thank you!!!
