I joined Fit4mom when my daughter was 3 months and was for me not only a time to workout but to meet amazing moms! Was definitely an space to share motherhood!
Love the community FIT4MOM provides for moms and their kiddos. Supporting healthy families and fitness for all stages of Motherhood. From expectant mamas to mamas that are technically grandmas. It's all about the strength in Motherhood.
Amazing program!! Great way to get in shape after having a baby and a great group of fellow moms to get to know! Aside from just the classes, there are play dates and plenty of mom's night out so you really get to know other moms and the great workout is a bonus!!
The non-judgemental, village that I found with Fit4Mom was exactly what I needed as an "older", new mom! I not only lost weight and got into the best shape of my life, but I found friends and confidence in myself again. I love that Fit4Mom covers all stages of my life as a mom!
