FIT4MOM has been a complete life changer for me! I found the Colorado Springs group shortly after the Army moved us here. Love this organization. My local franchise has been a constant part of my life for over 4 years now. I went from being a new mom of one baby to an instructor then to a mom of 2 sweet little girls.
