FIT4MOM is amazing and has changed my life. Having a group of encouraging women on your left & on your right when you barely had to energy to show up means so much. My littles love the class and our Village. This program is the leader in pre- & postnatal fitness. There isn't another fitness program I would even consider when you experience the best you know it!
FIT4MOM saved my life! 7 years ago, when I was a new mom, I was feeling isolated and depressed. None of my friends had kids and I was far away from my family. I found a Stroller Strides class when my daughter was 8 weeks old and made amazing friends and got into great shape. FIT4MOM empowered me to be the best version of me! 7 years later, it is still a HUGE part of my life. <3 <3
FIT4MOM has helped me in every stage of motherhood! There is prenatal classes, classes where I can bring my kids in the stroller, and classes for when I need an hour for just me. It's the whole package for fitness! I can see the passion my instructors have for us mamas and it's always such an encouraging environment. Come as you are, stay, and be part of a village that is amazing.
The best thing I found as a new mom! Both me and my kids have made tons of friends and enjoy being healthy together!
