8 years ago when I became a mom, I had no idea what I was in for and I was slowly unraveling. When my oldest was 10 month, I tried my first Stroller Strides class, and never looked back . I can say wholeheartedly that this program CHANGED MY LIFE. I am so thankful I was introduced to Fit4Mom so many years ago! It was the best thing I ever did for myself, my marriage, my babies and my whole family. 😭❤️🙌🏻🌈

I have been a part of the FIT4MOM community now for almost 4 years and joined after I had my second child. The difference in my mental and physical state from my first child to my second is completely different. FIT4MOM took me out of feeling isolated and alone and got me into healthy, physical shape. Best part of motherhood (other than actually being a mama �)! I wouldn't want to do motherhood without the women that I have met through FIT4MOM. My little ones' best friends are all kids of women I've met through FIT4MOM. Whether I'm ready for an intense workout or just need to get out of the house with the littles, I know that I will be welcomed in class �
FIT4MOM has been such a source of inspiration for me! I love that my girls come with me to class and can see me making healthy choices. It is so fun watching my little ones make friends in our village during class and at playgroup. FIT4MOM not only offers a challenging workout for all levels but a community of moms to lift one another up during the struggles of motherhood. I am definitely a better mom and a better version of myself because of FIT4MOM. Go find your village! You will be so glad you when you do.
Fantastic workouts designed for moms by moms! Fit4Mom provides community, support, love, friendships, the strength for motherhood. Fit4Mom is a village of moms that understand. I have never felt a stronger bond among women. My journey through motherhood completely changed once I found Fit4Mom. Ever so grateful!!
