I started going to a Stroller Strides class a few months after my first daughter was born. I was new to the area, didn't know anyone, especially moms, and felt totally lost. I came across FIT4MOM when I was searching online for things to do with my daughter and decided to give it a try. That first day was a total game changer. Best thing I ever did with my son. I immediately gained a village and mom friends, fun workouts, play dates, a routine to get me out of the house, and more.
