I joined fit4mom after going with a friend in another city. I came home, looked up my nearest location, and went to class. I was welcomed into a community of strong, positive women who were just what I needed after the birth of my second child. These are lifelong friends, and I'm proud to count myself in the Fit4mom community! Plus, I've never been in better shape!

I often tell new moms that Fit4Mom saved my mom life, and I'm not exaggerating! I was terrified when I walked into my first class, but knew I needed something different. I felt all alone in the sea of new-mommihood, and knew instantly that I'd found my place. Thanks to Fit4Mom, I weigh less today than I did when I got pregnant, am in the best shape of my life, and both my son and I have made the most amazing life long friends.
