Fit4Mom has not only changed my life but I also believed it saved me as well! Having an outlet like Fit4Mom is so needed as a mom! So glad I found my village!
I nervously walked into my first Fit4mom class a year ago and I've never looked back! The programs are amazing, the focus on fun for the kiddos during stroller strides and play dates are awesome, and the support of the village was a lifeline for me! I've lost 35 pounds and gained at least that many new friends!
Fit4mom is more than just fitness. Working out with this community of moms is what motivates me. Reminds me that being a mom is so empowering and that encourages me to be the best I can be!
I love coming together with other woman alike and connect on all different levels of motherhood. Working out is just the cherry on top. There are so many layers to fit4moms and these are just a couple. I just love being a part of this village.
My life as a mom has been forever changed as a result of being a part of Fit4Mom. I found a way to work out without worrying about my baby because she could come to class with me. The pace of the class and the songs we sang kept her occupied and she loved the play dates after class. Along the way to my fitness goals, I also found fellowship, understanding, and meaningful friendships for myself and my daughters.
Life changer, game changer, body changer... FIT4MOM is everything. My sense of happiness, self worth, and confidence was completely increased after starting Body Back. I've made some of my best mama friends through this program that I will have for LIFE! I owe so muchof my happiness to FIT4MOM❤️
If you are a mom, you have to try out a FIT4MOM class! I got into Stroller Strides when I had my 3rd child. It was a lifesaver. Got me out of the house, getting exercise, having fun, and meeting the most amazing moms. Now I have moved onto Body Back and am completely addicted to the workouts. I never loved working out but now I actually look forward to exercising and feel bummed when I miss a class. I don't know what I would do without FIT4MOM.
