I found FIT4MOM after the birth of my first child. I was a new mom, with only a few other mom friends. I was lonely and felt like I was going crazy sitting in my house all day. I tried my first Stroller Strides class in august of 2006 and I never looked back. This village of moms saved my sanity. And as an added bonus, I found a healthier version of myself in the process. I stumbled upon F4M Stroller Strides while at a park with my 1 year old & also I was 29 weeks pregnant. I had no idea what I was getting myself into but just knew I needed some mommy friends since we had just moved out of state the week before. Everyone was so welcoming & friendly. I joined the next day and never looked back. I love F4M and everything they stand for!
