I'm so glad to have found FIT4MOM. I can't imagine my life without this village. They gave me a community of women who accepted me with open arms. Without them, I don't know where I would be! I'm glad I was able to bring this amazing community to my neighborhood and spread the FIT4MOM love to my clients here!

What an amazing organization of women! I am so glad I found my local franchise after I had my first child. The organization supports women at all stages of motherhood, from pregnancy, through the early childhood years, and after. The community, or Village, of moms it creates is such an important part of my and my kids' lives!
FIT4MOM has saved my life and my sanity in so many ways over the past 5 years. Not only does FIT4MOM provide the best fitness classes, taught by nationality certified instructors who specialize in pre and post natal fitness, but it provides a much needed safe space for moms and their children. So many moms lack a village after having children, and FIT4MOM provides that through all stages of motherhood. I love the sense of community I have found. I started with FIT4MOM when it was still Stroller Strides 7 years ago! I took my first class and never stopped going from that point on! The mommas and women I have met through out this journey are phenominal! And, just think about all the cuteness of squishy babies I have been able to be around�����
FIT4MOM gives you everything you need as a mom - community, energy, friendship, strength! So glad to have been a part of this organization for 7 years and counting :)
