I started this program back in 2007 when my first child was one. It completely changed the course of my life! When I first heard about Fit4mom 6 years ago I was hesitant to start out because I felt like I was not fit enough! One day I just took my stroller with my twin babies and decided to "just do it"... I began going to Stroller Strides a year ago and it changed my life! I was dealing with postpartum depression and the community helped me through this dark time. The workout was awesome but the support of the other women is the best! And, my son has so much fun seeing his friends on a regular basis! Try it out, you have nothing to lose!
