I found FIT4MOM after having my first baby 7 years ago and my life has never been the same. It is everything I love all rolled into one beautiful program~workouts, community, fun, support for Mamas and so much more. My littles understand the value of health & strength and they truly believe working out is FUN. Thankful, Thankful beyond words for FIT4MOM & blessed to be a part of it.
FIT4MOM is an amazing community of strong women! I have enjoyed Stroller Strides, Body Back, Run Club, and Stroller Barre. I was hooked after my first class and Amin the best shape of my life. My oldest is about to start school, luckily I have another little one. Maybe I'll just keep having babies so I can stride forever �
