RecommendedAmazing company to work for!
I have lived in the Haven at Market Street Station for 3 years. For 2.5 years ( Oct 2016-April 2019) the gate was broken and wide open. The pool has yet to be opened this year. There has been one reason after another. We are waiting on a new pump that was supposed to be in last week, then the beginning of the this week.....then who knows? We may not “pay” for these amenities, but we certainly pay a higher monthly rental fee to live in a “luxury” apartment complex that offers a gate and pool.
nothing good will come out of doing business with this group of people who THINK they are running a company. I have never come in contact with such unprofessional, absent minded, unapologetic adults. what a miserable experience it was sleeping in an apartment complex "managed" by them. really all they did was slap there name on some paper work and called it theirs. These people are terrible. Calling customers who leave a voicemail back would be a start. Our regional (Smyrna, GA) lies about calling us back. The maintenance men at Concord Crossing claimed to have fixed a leak in our apartment... it took 18 months and me crying in the office for them to cut open the ceiling and confirm that I was right, and there were actually TWO leaks. One from the shower overflow upstairs, AND a massive leak from the upstairs toilet. All the while my children, my husband and I are constantly sick. We h... read more
They could try calling people back and responding to msgs!! If you wanted or cared about good reviews you should try to maintain a good relationship with potential tenants. I think it's very unprofessional to hide behind an automated system to avoid dealing with escalating issues! I NEED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ASAP PLEASE!
