I would say I recommend this management but they do not accommodate their residents at their various apartment complexes. During this COVID-19 pandemic, we ask our apartment complex what they were doing to accommodate their residents and the manager attempted to belittle us. We emailed First Communities in order to get answers and to let them know that their employees were rude. Yet we received an email just as rude. This is not your typical Luxury Living. I'm having a problem with rats at my apartment since December, I have called the pest control many times. first communities is trash you don't want to live at any of there Columbia properties there appliances are 30 years out they don't fix anything I worked here and had a vanity that the bottom was rotted out of and the sheet rock and all under it was covered in mold and there supervisor of the year told me I could not replace it and to cover it up also me and my family had to relocate do to a family emergency and they didn't pay my wife 1000$ commission that she earned the month before having to leave just because they could a... read more
