Experience thus far has been horrible. Apartment was a mess when i moved in. Bugs have been a constant and now i have mold. Was told that i was suppose to update them on any issues that continued their job isn’t to follow with me even if jobs are completed. Water damage to sink vanities and a musty smell that has been in the apartment since day 1. Do not move here
Savannah at Park Central in Orlando Fl is abandoned these past two years the change of administration has been terrible. Lack of commitment with the property which includes no landscaping building maintenance is going down. Fitness equipment not working broken for more than five months. The office has no courtesy skills. Again this community when I started renting 5 years ago was the best.
A company that doesn’t respect or care for their employees. Who would rather profit from the bottom line than reward loyalty. Who employees incompetent people to function in higher up roles, and the act surprised when they fail. Terrible excuse for a company. Don’t live anywhere that they manage, run far far away
To whom this may concern . I reside at the Avenues 85 apartment complex and my experience has been very subpar. This complex promotes itself as a luxury apartment complex with upgraded apartments and amenities and I have yet to reap the benefits of anything that is promised. I started living at avenues in January where I purchased a renovated 2 bedroom 1/2 . Since I moved , I haven't seen the benefit of upgrading to a renovated apartment. RecommendedI recommend Kim at my property in Athens, GA. She genuinely does try to solve issues and seem to care compared to other people. I work exclusively with her because I know that I can count on her to get issues resolved in a timely manner.
They dnt cut their grass on the property
It won't because, management is forever changing. There is no consistency and each time they change management so does the rules. Putting in a maintenance work order by phone or online is a joke. This property also will accept your packages, but won't inform you when it arrives despite knowing issues with the postal office/mailing entities arise.
