I have had many issues with my apartment in Augusta, GA with no help from the office staff. I have emailed and left voicemails with First Communities a number of times and never gotten a response.
Do not move into any of their properties if you live in the Augusta area!!! The Metropolitan Augusta’s “management” team, along with the property is not worth the headache. The renovations were done poorly, there were break ins that “management” made no one aware of, even going so far as to say that “The person left their car door open.”- Lauren or Laura. DO NOT move into a First Communities apartment! My unit (@ Century Summerfield, MD) had structural damage for over 3 months. I submitted work orders, which Maintenance and Management ignored and eventually deleted. I emailed the property manager Crystal Blount, Regional Director Tiffany and Beth Maddux from the corporate office. They have all ignored my emails. They have been served and I will see them in court on January 14th. DO NOT deal with First Communities!!!!
First Communities appear to have taken over park on clairmont. I left on 28 September with an immaculate apartment and promise of a return of my deposit. It has been nearly 90 days, and I have not received my deposit. I called right after the changeover, and the manager said she would call me in a couple of days. This place Metropolitan in Augusta is absolutely the worst molded ceiling and with an hole in roof , and property management says that not their concern since it was on the previous property manager ...smh not to mention there is an hole in the ceiling ... so when it rains , the rains drop right in the bedroom inside of apartment , the regional manager never respond or reply back and it’s not safe to live in
They are a terrible company. Our complex looks more like a ghetto by the day. We have 1 maintenance guy that takes weeks to get maintenance performed. The grounds are always a mess and managements answer is “bear with us we only have one person”. That is frankly unacceptable for the amount I pay. Will it be renewing my lease.
