My name is Erik, I Live in Century Afton Ridge in Concord NC. Last Sat night my air went out and it was up to 85 degrees in my place. I left a message notifying them of the situation. Rob the maintenance man got in contact with me within 5 mins. He was at my place 1st thing Sunday morning to assess the problem, filled my Freon that morning then was back 1st thing Mon morning to follow up and replace the coils in my system. Gable Hill in Columbia I actually don’t know where to start. I moved in in January and immediately had issues. I told the older Caucasian woman all of the concerns that I had and was told that they would all be fixed within the week because my move in date was a Friday. Absolutely AWFUL management!!! Absolutely NO response from the “supervisor” of my community “Century Lake Highlands” Alice Caballero. I have emailed her twice and NO response. It’s been 14 days since my last email to her. I’ve called the office, but no one answers and you have to leave a message. Which is never returned. I went to the office which is now locked all day due to Covid and knocked on the door repeatedly and no one would open it even though there was an agent inside. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Extremely poor performance when it comes to communication and management of properties and tenants. Impossible to get a hold of via phone or in person. Delayed and inaccurate correspondence over email. Lack of integrity, poor follow through on simple tasks. ERP and client interface systems do not work well. Late announcements with inadequate information and reactionary measures. They do not plan, don’t pro act. It is amazing how companies like this one stay in business. Stay away!

June 2020: Incompetent management/staff (ignorant and rude on multiple occasions). Unsanitary facilities (hallways are littered with trash/debris/spills/insects). Poor maintenance (broken elevator x months and more). This place is horrible all around. Was recently told by the management company that they are not in any way liable for any potential fires that might be caused by a lack of action on their part to respond to tenant concerns because "they do not guarantee the safety of anyone on property"....whew....
