At the crossing at the pinebrooke mobile al they are horrible. They do not fix things and have rat and insect problems. I seen several wood rats by the pool. Knats flying around the sink. Power bill over cause they wont fix the a/c. Turn my keys in today and they say it wasn't a problem. I have photo of the a/c and they are completely different. I signed a 2 year lease with this Medlock Woods apartment complex and I have regretted each day. This apartment complex only caters to the Hispanic community. As an African American woman I’ve been ignored and mistreated on more than 1 occasion. First Communities should offer the appropriate training before making someone a manager especially with my college degree in management the current residential manager is definitely not a people person and should not have the position to manage any apartment complex with the attitude... read more
I love first communities, the staff, the way they care about any and all situations. It’s like having an extended family all over the United States! I wouldn’t choose another place to live or work! First communities is awesome.

I️ feel so unsafe in my own home and I️ want to be able to leave by Friday, August 31st,2018. It is imperative that I️ can find a resolution before August 31st, 2018 I am leaving because of the lack of security.(even with a police officers car in the lot). I have not seen any improvements.I️ have witnessed fights in the parking lot. Definitely would not recommend any property they manage.
This is by far one of the worst companies ever. Not only do they have POOR Management but they get rid of management like it’s crazy and don’t even inform the tenants and on top of that you can NEVER get in contact with anyone from the HOME OFFICE. I don’t see how people can run a business and have not one concern for the actual people that keep that business running.
