I️ honestly don’t know where to start. This management company has caused so many headaches and heartache. My boyfriend and I️ had lived here for over a year. We encountered many problems with the apartment, the manager of our apartment (Woodhill in Augusta GA), the people who lived at these apartments and just everything. Terribly over priced places. I'd give negative stars if I could. This company bought out my old apartment and the staff they brought in was so demeaning and rude- no people skills at all. When did our society lose its focus on customer service skills? BTW...you can't change the reputation of an apartment complex just by changing the name.
