Horrible Management Company- doesn't care about people- aren't focus on the cleanliness of tenants and their properties- Property Management is very black and white on policies. I recommend staying far away from any property owned by First Communities.
*** A Diamond in the Rough*** Considering most of the apartment complexes on Roswell Rd. are older, One Sovereign Place has maintained its Southern Charm. We have been living in the community for more than a year now and never had any complaints. The apartment complex is CLEAN, WELL- LIT, WELL-KEPT and most of all, very QUIET (unusual for being on one of the busiest streets in Atlanta). Worst and most unprofessional company I've had to deal with in a while! Definitely reporting to the BBB!
