I have waited over the required 14 days for my security deposit to be returned to me. I rented an apartment in Chandler, AZ at a complex called Crosswibds Apartments. I am not satisfied with this company and woukd not give them a good rating.
I live in Echelon Park in McDonough, ga. I love it here. It's peaceful and fun and enjoyable. If looking for somewhere to live this is an awesome, awesome community.

I am currently living at Echelon Park in the McDonough area for 2 years. The staff is awesome and maintenance is very quick. This was my very first apartment and I loved it. They keep the neighborhood clean and everyone is friendly. Recommended for sure!
Moved into Century Highland Creek in October & love it here! The complex is kept very clean & up to date. Location is great! Hwy 485 is a block away with access to Hwy 85 & Hwy 77 only about a mile or two. Charlotte is just a very short drive on highways or side streets. Harris Teeter grocery store is walkable along with auto repair shop, Bojangles Restaurant, Hawthorne's New York Pizza and Bar, Great Clips, Subway, + others. I live in Hampton Greene Apartments in Columbia, SC. I have been nothing but satisfied with my time here! My maintenance requests are executed same day, and the nice ladies in the office wrapped all my Christmas presents for free. Can't beat it!
This place is an awesome! Very friendly staff! They are willing to help you with whatever you need.
I have been having trouble with my apartment in Norcross Ga since Nov 10 2016 and I have been calling the corporate office and leaving messages and NO ONE has even attempted to return my calls. I will never live in another First Communities owned apartment. I am looking to seek legal action soon. This all could have been resolved with a phone call. Terrible
