The manager on duty, Ivey, is always helpful and is quick to address any concerns that I may have. She's holding down the fort pretty well with Ashley on leave. Great job. I've been living here over 5 years, and 9 years prior, for a total of 14 years and the property has never been ran better. Great staff, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Dustin and Isabelle are wonderful, too. Thanks for all you do!
Great customer service I lived here for a year at echelon park in McDonough ga and love it the rooms are nice pool stay clean the apartment complex stay clean I love it������
I live at Berkeley Landing apartments, and ever since management switched to First Communities, there has been nothing but positive changes. The manager, Katie, has made this renting experience so much better than what it was under the previous management. This team deserves nothing less than five stars!!
I live in Elysian at Vining's in Atlanta GA. They took over my apartment complex on September 15, 2016 and they have made our lives hell. They still want your money and will not return your calls. I will NOT stop until someone reaches out to me.
This company definitely lacks in the quality customer service department. After multiple complaints and issues repeatedly being brought to management's attention, there still have been no resolutions. On another post I made, somebody responded and asked that I email them my concerns. My email has still gone unanswered. Maybe that's why the front office staff at Century Summerfield don't respond to issues/concerns - higher level management does the same.
Love working here ms.gina and ms kelly are the best bosses ever
