Finally got a response from the woman in charge of the Charlotte area and she was a pleasure to speak with. Heard out my concern and addressed it appropriately. Happy with the customer service that I received. I just wish maybe my property manager was as helpful so I didn't have to spend so much time trying to get little things resolved. Wish everyone had the customer service that the Charlotte manager did! Happy to have all my issues resolved!
Threatened to evict me because I wanted mold tested before it was removed. Destruction of evidence?
I stay in the Lodge Apts. Love the area!! My only problem is the security gate is always broken. Doesn't make me feel safe and secure!! Should be a camera to catch the people that are running into the gate!!! ETC!!
ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THERE MONEY! 0 INTEGRITY! DO NOT LEASE WITH! HUGE NIGHTMARE AND TERRIBLE MISTAKE!

Great company to work for! We try our best to make a wonderful living environment for each resident. Though you can't please everyone, we genuinely strive to. We thrive on Customer Service! I have lived at FCM properties even before and while I working for them. Shout out to my team at Astoria! ❤️
