I have lived at Century Trinity Estates since 2014 in a beautiful upgraded town house. My family and I have loved this community, but most of all, the office and maintenance team is by far the best I have ever seen. Please thank them for all of their hard work! I am sad to say that I will be leaving because my career is taking me to a different location outside of Durham. I will recommend Century Trinity Estates to anyone.
My wife and I reside at Century Summerfield. When the transition happen, everything went to crap. So many mistakes with absolutely no follow up, but I can honestly say I seen a change. The new people in the office have made a huge difference. Jennifer and Sarah are very pleasant to deal with. They are always professional and have a friendly approachable demeanor.
I currently reside at Park at 1875 on the southside of Atlanta which is a nice community I was a little skeptical by me moving from another state, I can say that the the ladies in the office are always nice friendly and handle any issue I have, the maintenance team always come pretty quick if I have an issue the property and grounds are pretty kept up and gate do work,the manager Quanda have really been getting it together around here upgrades constantly being done around the property glad to call it home.
Yo he rentado en los apartamentos de sienna ridge en Atlanta Georgia por 8 años y no he tenido ningún problema, la administración es muy buena y he vivido a gusto. First communities management si cuida a los residentes y les da la satisfacción que se necesita.
I live at the parc at 1875 and it is GREAT!!! The maintenance team is a very good staff and so is the rent office staff! Quita is the young agent that moved us in and she has been great every since! Whenever there was problem, she made sure things were handled. I use to live here when it was Poplar Pointe and now i am back and I will say it still feels like home!!!
Great job very friendly staff , they are eager to assist me, they make my life easy since I am disable. very clean place to live and lots to do here. workout 24/7 safe and clean rooms, swimming pool and grill area are great

I've been at Echelon for about 3 years and absolutely love it here! I feel so at home, especially with the staff! Tho I'm happy to have Jennifer back I'm really going to miss Yaegar! Truly the most kinda and sincere staff ... You guys are the best!
