98% of all the good reviews come from employees. I agree with all the negative reviews. Milestone managed the property I live in, and it is a complete turn down. I was use to things being done in a professional manner. Now if it breaks, it might fix it. I called on Tuesday about the kitchen sink leaking on the disposal side. It's Thursday, and they haven't even came in to look at it. Seriously thinking on breaking this lease, it was a good run.
Ever since you guys took over crosswinds in Chandler AZ it's been nothing but a nightmare. Raising our rent while in a lease agreement is what set me off so we have no clue how much it really is now. The Matienance is so slow to respond to us. Charging us for extermination fees is ridiculous as well. The pool is never cleaned and neither is the hot tub! We are moving out after our lease!
In 9 years working at FCM, I still feel lucky to work with such a great group of people and dynamic leadership.

If I could give First communities zero stars, I would. They recently took over management for Williamsburg Apts in Atlanta. The Monday before Thanksgiving, they handed out a letter to all the residents, saying we have 60 days to vacate our homes because they are tearing down everything and building another housing community. This means hundreds of people, including me and my husband, are going to have to find a new place to live during the coldest time of year and during the holidays.
