Slack! Hallways at this particular complex dirty, stinky, ants and consistently dirty with no cares from management, like for a year dirty. Spider webs? we got them! Spider droppings and dead bugs? we got them. Rude ignorant management? We got them! Inconsistent communication from management? We drown in it! Complex outside smell like animal urine and feces? We got it! Welcome home.....
My property was purchased by First Communities from Camden. Boy, was I in for a rude awakening. Outside of my roommate being allowed to break her lease without my knowing, to poor groundskeeping, turnover of office staff due to theft from tenants, and a HUGE increase in utilities I am so over this place. I would never make the choice to live in one of these properties. The best service I received was when I went to upper management. The boots they have on the ground here are awful!
I have lived in the Gallery 1701 in Fort Worth, Texas for several years. I love the location along the Trinity Trails. However, the pool has been closed for over a month and because we have a sister community across the street where we can access the pool, it seems to be of no priority. I went to work out at the gym, the toilet in the restroom was backed up and disgusting. Also he door know to into gym has been broken off for several days. This is a such a great company! Amazing People!!!
I stay at The Oxford property I have been here for 8 years.Prior management was rude and disrespectful I was planning on not renewing my lease. But the new property manager Jocanna assured me that big changes were coming. She was right in her first 60 days you can see a major improvement in the property I can honestly say I'm proud to live here. Jocanna and her staff is just what this property needed If you are looking for somewhere to stay I recommend The Oxford.
