The Reserve at Kenton Place has been very helpful with my move in and has made everything very smooth. Natasha was amazing and made everything easy and was very pleasant.
Just want to give a shoutout to The Reserve at Kenton Place. I have been here a few months, and very impressed with the staff and customer service thus far. They are very helpful and the manager is very understanding of any concerns. I even put in a maintenance ticket this am in regards to my fridge making a noise, and had maintenance knocking at my door an hr later. Very pleased so far with my stay.
I’ve lived at Edgewater Vista in Decatur,GA for almost a year now and I must say I love it. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood is a safe and very pleasant environment! I look forward to renewing my lease within the coming months as I plan on staying here for as long as I can!
I have lived in many different apartments over the past several years. So I know when the management is on point. All of the employees watching over Edgewater Vista here in Decatur, GA are all on Top Notch. They all rise above what is the normal. They take time to answer any questions I may have. They give me help with whatever I need. Cindy, Sussie, Ben and Bobby are EXCELLENT. They all go above and beyond. EXCELLENT!
I love my apartment community, Edgewater Vista!!!! Cindy and Susan do a great job in keeping the community beautiful, rather it’s customer service or community involvement, they are a joy to be around!!!!
I am very upset with the way that First Communities has handled me as a customer since they took over my apartment building less than 1 year ago. I came here only because for almost 1 week, you can't even call the office and I can't seem to get a response from anyone! I am extremely disappointed
I am located at the crossings at Holcomb bridge and first communities just bought this property from a different management. The guy up front named James is so rude and nasty towards me but anytime my fiancé comes in our problems get magically solved. He does not have a good way with people and have caused us tremendous amount of stress. They are incompetent in managing this property and are very snooty. Don't move to a place as first communities as their management, they will try to take advantage of you.
