Very dirty and shady company the bbb f rating is accurate
They could resolve their F rating with the Better Business Bureau and hire competent managers for their properties in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Horrible customer service and no one ever picks up the phone in corporate office. The property manager at Century Summerfield is very rude as well.
Hi i live on the retreat at crosstown in riverview fl, ive been trying to get in touch with the front office but theres no answer and i cant get there due to the fact theres a mini pond in front on the units and its blocking access in or out, unless you were knee high boots. we need help were stuck inside.
No one is ever available both at the leasing office or first communities. I have a two year old son and living in unsafe conditions. Management cannot do anything about it. Can’t reach anyone at first communities.
We live at the Avenues at Verdier Point in Charleston SC. Beautiful property. Well taken care of. Staff is great all around. We couldn't be happier!
