Let me just add to these already disgusting reviews. If you can help it DONT NOT deal with this company!! They tell lies and have horrible customer service. I literally have not one good thing to say about this shit show of a company. All the employees suck!! Including the head of the shit show Chris Barry. If I could give zero stars i would. I have had several issues with university oaks in athens-left several messages with the corp office in atlanta. never one received the courtesy of a return phone call. filed complaints with better business bureau as well as code enforcement in athens. Stay AWAY.... there are plenty of other management companies that are way better than this one.
