No complaints with service or quality. I have ordered many times and have gotten excellent service and fast delivery.
I use Firemountains stuff to weave into and enhance my Pine Needle baskets. Their products are reasonably priced, high quality and lightning fast shipped.
I have placed many orders with FMG over the years and never had to contact Customer Service until a couple of days ago. There was a small problem with my order so I emailed some pictures to Customer Service at 5:30 on Sunday. By noon Monday I had a response saying replacement beads are already shipped at no cost! Wow! Way to stand behind your product FMG!!

am new to making jewelry, and have made two orders that have left me delightfully overwhelmed. I love it, and will continue to order. I'm on a fixed income, and with their sale, I can get a lot of stuff for a little money. besides, it's fun to see how much I can get into a $5.99 shipping box.
The quality of the supplies is 50/50. They also change their shipping fees to an outrageous amount.
Raised s&h. But no better time in getting it or anything,about 25% + of the beads I get aren't up to par as the pics show. The hole size always seems to change even though I bought the same exact thing. revisited, and so called B rated gems I bought don't even look like the picture at all,nowhere near as clear, and not cut as pic showed.
I have had an account for over 25 years and have been very happy with their service, quality, value, shipping etc. You can't go wrong with them. <3.
