I have been ordering for a long time. I received a shipment in April and I hadn't opened the pkgs as I use them by color and design. When I opened beads yesterday I noticed when I cut the string they were chipped broken and irregular. When I complained I was told that it had been more thane 90 days and I was responsible for checking them when they arrived! Really? Great they could have given me a small credit! Instead they lost a customer!

I love Fire Mountain Gems I have been ordering from them for a few years now they have never let me down.
I tried to return 5 items. They took 4 back and returned a necklace that was worth 3.89. They stated I did not have a sticker from their company. The item was in original packaging and I put it back in the zip lock bag that had the sticker on it. When it was returned to me(minus the zip lock bag), they threatened to charge me return shipping charges the next time I did this. Also, they enclosed 4 pieces of paper, 2 being receipts, one being a letter and one being a new receipt of the return, and stuck it in a new bubble mail... read more
