I have found Customer Service excellent. Here in Australia it is great to be able to use the Live Chat facility. I’ve had the odd occasion where an item is faulty and have ALWAYS been sent another. I’ve also found the delivery of my parcels, efficient. In fact I was often surprised by how quickly they came. Sadly the demise of the cheaper postage rate has curtailed my purchases. I have given a 4 star rating because no matter how good a company is, there should always be room for improvement.
I've beaded for a while now, and just started wire wrapped jewelry, but I've always depended on them as my main supplier. Fairly priced, educational, and dependable.
Just received my first order from Fire Mountain. Spent a glorious evening going through the treasures i had ordered and the assortment from the Boss Bag (i hope thats what its called). Thank you for your prompt, professional service and continued inspiration to do what i love!
I want to make my one beets necklaces I don't want some stuff that you got already made I want to buy beads I need to know supper stuff for the spacers and different things that you have I need to see and I'd like to order some when you get back Tuesday
I purchased a Earring Card Punch and literally used it 3 times before it broke. I contacted FMG to issue a refund or return, I would have been happy with either option but was told that because I did not have the original packaging and original invoice so I was unable to get a refund or return. I find this return/refund process very unsatisfactory. I will never purchase from FMG again. Poor Customer Service.

I placed an order with Fire Mountain two and a half weeks before my retreat which would include Mala making. The order took 10 days to get to me and was incorrect. I ordered some beautiful beads, the order confirmed what I ordered, but one part of the order was labeled what I ordered but definitely was not what I ordered. The beads were approx $31.
