Ho avuto una pessima impressione relativamente alla correttezza, alla chiarezza e al rispetto dell'originalità del design delle creazioni che vengono ammesse ai concorsi che questa ditta organizza.
Rispetto dell'etica inesostente.
Poco seria la gestione dei concorsi e davvero impossibili le spese di spedizione.
Pensavo fosse un sito serio, ma dopo il comportamento avuto dai gestori della pagina nel caso Miculescu-Rotaris, pur a seguito delle molteplici segnalazioni ricevute, non posso che rivedere il mio giudizio. Se la loro linea è questa in un caso così eclatante e palese mi figuro come possano gestire altre situazioni... Dispiaciuta...
Super disappointed that 2 orders came with most of the items broken, then customer service wants me to spend more in gas to take the junked items to the post office to send them back. To bad as I just started a new business and will be ordering a lot of item, but another company was thrilled with my small test orders, I’m sure they will be even happier with my large orders. Sorry RmG if you can’t get 2 small orders correct, then I will not trust you with my large orders.
I love fire mountain. The customer service is always lovely. I've had a few instances where I didn't know what I wanted (like size in mm of chain) and their reps were really patient going through catalogs with me to find just the right thing. Not everything is the absolute cheapest, but on average it's great prices and I do like the quality. One of my go-to suppliers. I recommend them to friends all the time.
Made an order late on a Wednesday night and received it Saturday morning (in minnesota) ordered during the birthday sale and got a ton of stuff for $23 super happy!
Love fire mountain my father taught me about jewelry, I love it I sell my jewelry at craft shows. thank you for your wonderful gems, great people
