Their customer service people are rude. They have a return policy that expects you to return the items with a sticker you can’t find. I’ve been told its on the box, on the package, and on the back of the paperwork by different customer service people so clearly even they can’t find it. Your shipment is fast. I bought twice to put them in a wedding dress. The first champagne color order passed without any problem. I buy a package to finish a small part of the wedding dress. I use the same swarovski size that I bought at the beginning I use the same thread and use the same needle and not all of them happen to me. I am giving Fire Mountain an Excellent Rating because I have been thrilled with every order. Most recently, I was shorted one item and Customer Service responded much sooner than I anticipated. They offered me a replacement package of both items, or to accept a refund of the missing item. The item is not pricey, but of good quality.
