RecommendedJust received my first order in a long time. I have always loved the beads/ crystals I received. They have great low prices and fast shipping. My last order was delivered in under 2 days even with the cheapest option! I even got a promotional free gift of swarovski crystals.

Purchased a heart disc cutter that said in the description it worked on 18 gauge. It did not. The quality was terrible and our Swanstrom cutter worked a million times better. Rio Grande has amazing customer service and A+ products if you need anything! Fire Mountain’s product was low quality and customer service was even worse. Customer service gave us a hard time to return because they said PAPER instructions that came with the product were not included in the return. I watch the instructional video and she was so good and gave so much information but I went and bought all the things that I needed I just wish that I didn't buy them from wish and I bought them from her because the products seem to be better at fire mountain
