Love what I have received from them. Had a fantastic customer service experience via their lives chat on the website. I got s product in a random gift bag, so no record of what it was on order. I wanted to order more but of course had thrown away packing already. The lady on chat listened to my rambling explanation and after a few tries found exactly what I was looking for! Just got order today and it's perfect! Thanks so much for excellent customer service!!
Quality and service in the basement. I could write several issues but today was the worst. The Bosses Bead Bag, nothing but worthless crap in it and a rock from the parking lot! If I find another seller for delicas, I’m outta here! My Christmas show was ruined last week because my order was sent to someone else and I got hers from California!!! I could go on but enough!

Very disappointed today. I sent back 1 item from a recent order to exchange. Totally my mistake I ordered the wrong size. Sent it in original box, with original invoice, in original package with original packing material. Did not have the plastic bag it was shipped in. Fire mountain is refusing the exchange. Not a good way to treat a 15 year + customer.
Was not satisfied with the beads that I purchased none of the beads are uniform they cannot be used for the projects that they were intended for will not be purchasing again
