But I noticed a very handy little green-ish clear ruler with inches AND bead sizing...maybe that could be one of those little 'free gifts' you include with my $200 orders...hint, hint!

After I placed my first ever order I placed a second one later that day. Emailed to ask if they could be combined and received a response within a few hours telling me they would do just that. A few weeks later I placed another order and again forgot some things. Even though they couldn't change my order they created a new one, applied the discount that would have been applicable in the first order and waived the shipping. The quality is great. They could get five stars if they improved their return policy and put some people in customer service that have "real" personality - not robotic. Boy - the customer service when you ORDER is fantastic - after that - watch out!!!
