I was Shocked to Find out that Fire Mountain Supports BIZ RATE. This is a company that is known for bait and switch to charge people for products they didn't order. I was "selected" while on Fire Mountains site to take a survey & at the end they asked for my "Paypal email & information" This was to Qualify for the $25.00 Give Away. I saw that I was still linked into Fire Mountain's site so I thought this was them. They wouldn't partner with a company that had any issues. WRONG. I have been a very large customer from Fire mountain gems for many years and one of the reasons was their "no question asked return policy "which had no time limit. I would usually wait to combine my returns to save on shipping and send out returns a few times a year. I just sent a return and only received a tiny amount of the refund. I called and I am APPALLED to find out they totally changed their return policy to limit to 90 days and even less if precious metals without notifying their customers via email, mail or phone!!... read more

New return policy that came into effect without warning has left me stuck with $1,000 in unwanted materials! I am a couple months past the deadline, but was told that no exceptions will be made. I am shocked as I've been a loyal 20 year customer that they are screwing over. I'm a bit late this year due to family illness, but at the end of the year return my unused materials for a credit to my account that I use to buy new materials for the new year. I rated Fire Mountain Gems and Beads as Excellent, but I'm having second thoughts! The prices and supplies are such great quality that I'm totally hooked on making jewelry now and I keep on ordering more supplies - - - again and again. Now I'm short on storage containers for all these fun things. The how-to videos on the site are SO helpful even if I have to watch them repeatedly while I'm trying a new technique. Products are the same or lesser quality than ArtBeads but more expensive and they don't honor returns appropriately. Gold beading chain was total crap, flimsy, totally worthless.

This was my first time ordering here, and wow, I am in love! It took *3* days for my order to get here, shipping was amazing 5 bucks to ship it all? Awesome! The items I received were *just* as they were stated, and at great prices! Will absolutely be a returning customer!!! <3 <3 <3

For future reference please do not give out any personal information on purchases even if its a family member.its none of there buisness what any individual do or spend with they money.
